We pick the system after we have looked at the concrete, because the slab decides what will hold.

How a job runs

• We visit, measure the floor and test the slab for moisture.
• We note cracks, oil, old paint or sealer, low spots and anything that needs repair first.
• You get a written quote listing the prep, each coat, the finish and the total.
• On install day we diamond grind the concrete, vacuum it and fill cracks before any resin goes down.
• We check temperature and humidity and plan coats around them.
• We give you walk, furniture and parking times for the product we used.
• If the scope changes, we write the change up and you approve it before we do it.

We work on concrete only. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as water coming up through it, heaving or a structural crack, we say so at the estimate.
